Subject: Recycle commercial buffer pads

A friend of mine has just inherited several hundred bales of what appears to be the type of material used to make commercial buffer pads. The material was left in his warehouse and we would like to recycle it. It has a rough texture, appears clean, and is different colors. Can you tell us what the material is, is it recyclable, and who do we contact in Augusta, GA?
