Industrial uses certainly exist in eg the aerospace, automotive parts, and commercial furnishings industries. I just don't know specifically where these mixtures of plastics would still represent state of the art uses, or whether real markets are still present. The lowest value uses would probably be in carpet - though this might get rid of a lot of it - and in plastic lumber. I'd suggest that you call your US EPA region - if you are in the US - and ask to speak with the recycled business assistance agent, preferably at the region's REDA or RBAC .
