Subject: waste from Bakery

I am working on a project to recycle steeping water in a bakery:
waste water from grain steeping tanks is being treated in Ultrafiltration and RO. For the concentrates from this filtration process (grain and wheat with high BSB) I am searching for a possibility to be reused as animal feed or composting material.
