Subject: metal recycling

I've got a client who's product tests metal residue after they have been recycled. His company makes sure that the residue is safe to be discarded as waste and not polluting the environment most especially the landfill. Where can I find good markets for him? Where do I start searching? I've tried the environmental websites but they are not giving the results I want. Thanks for your cooperation in advance.
