Dear Nick Blakely,

If by magnetic material you mean magnetic metals, of course everyone recycled that. If you mean magnets, your best means of disposal is reuse probably by means of a Materials Exchange (you can get a list of geographically suitable ones at the U.S. EPA web site). In general getting rid of specialty materials by reuse rather than by recycling is easier.
