Subject: City Wide Recycling Program

I live in a city of close to 100,000 people in Montana. I am unaware of any sort of city wide recycling program. This didturds me. Is there any data regarding the implementation of recycling programs on a city wide effort to educate the mass and create a more eco-responsible community. I would like to learn more about the efforts of others in regards to this issue, to use as advice and guidance for my own personal efforts in the future.
