Subject: Deposit rates on cans and bottles

I am a student in HS doing some research on the deposit
rates in the us. My argument is that they should be higher
that way more people will do it. However i am at a loss of
information and so any sites, books, etc will be very much
appreciated. I need to know what states have a deposit
law and how much it is in those states. i plan to write
letters to these states and so on. so please email me
instead of posting stuff here if thats possible. Remember
your contributions could change the USA as we know it...
