Subject: New ideas for recycling

Children in third world countries are often found trying to survice on rubbish tips, sorting things that can be recycled. What if recycling companies paired with building companies to create a business to recycle the rubbish with better equipment, adult staff, decent wages and conditions, to create building materials, etc for the local communities. This would give them an economy and housing.
