Subject: Where Do I Begin?

Hello,
I have just been hired onto the staff of a small company and the amount of recyclables that we waste (particularly paper) keeps me awake at night. I have been told that we will begin recycling as long as I handle everything. The problem is, I don't even know where to get recycle bins. Also, is there any kind of tax break or other incentive for companies recycling in California. (I'd like to make it more appealing to my boss)
