I work as the student recycling coordinator for the University at Buffalo, New York. I was wondering if there were practical means for the university to transport and process it's own recyclable materials instead of relying on an outside company. The company we currently rely on is the only one in the area, and because they know this, they raise their prices each year and their service is not always reliable. Thank you for your time.
