Dear Joe Martin,

I do not have anything in the Research Library for RCRA on the recycling system for cooking oil that you mention; I have several instances of restaurants, culinary schools, and university food service programs composting cooking oil.
Perhaps a resturant trade association would be a good source provider. A keyword search of the Nexis database (to see if anyone has written a magazine article about it) is also a good strategy which may find you evaluations in print as well as referrals.
