Recycled VHS tapes are not that uncommon. Carpel Video of Maryland (800-238-4300) is one such recycler. Others are Keith Austin Enterprises, N. Hollywood, CA. Partnership for Plastics Progress, of WA state is another. I m sorry, but I do not know local conditions outside of the Northeast, so I can t help you with FL contacts, but perhaps one of these recyclers could.
There are also a good many other firms centered about NY and LA.
