Dear Donna Gooch,

TAPPI would be about the best place to go if there exists a study that details any difference in degradation of virgin vs. recycled Kraft paper. I sincerely doubt that there is any significant difference, and I doubt if there is much of a literature. There are no documents on the subject in the 12,500+ document (waste management specific) Research Library for RCRA.
