Dear Benoit Proulx,

Building deconstruction costs can be found in a manual Residential Construction Waste Management: A Builder s Field Guide by the National Assn. of Home Builders Research Center, Inc., tel: 301-249-4000. The costs are largely those of new construction s waste management. I do not know if the labor costs that they include will be that of union busters.
The same document contains conditions for applying gypsum wallboard directly to soil from the US Dept. of Agriculture. It does not even require composting. A second source of documentation is Construction, Demolition Landclearing Debris Research Assessment by the Clean Washington Center, May, 1995.
