Can everything be recycled?

No. First because such things as nuclear waste aren't safe to recycle, or such things as some rubbher simply gets to fragmented to recycle without processing that is not cost effective. Theoretically at the molecular level, everything can eventually be recycled, but this is a perspective that isn't helpful.

Second, because there are not markets for everything. What's the point of recycling something into a new product if insufficient numbers of large consumers or consumer groups will buy it?

Are there recycling firms in Monterrey, Mexico?

Yes. Contact the National Recycling Coalition through their website for referrals.
