I know of no markets for blue glass, except - and you got it right - art glass projects. I would check with an art supplies reuse organization sucdh as is operated in New York City by Center for Safety in the Arts, 5 Beekman St., NY 10038 or 212-227-6220.

Another possibility would be a waste exchange such as the Northeast Industrial Waste Exchange, Syracuse NY, 315-422-6572 or the Southern Waste Information Exchange, Tallahasee, FL, 800-441-7949.
