Dear Shelly Lozinski,

As of 1997 there were no recycling programs set up in either the arctic nor in the Northwest territories of Canada. I suspect that the logistics will make this impossible, unless, backhauling by boat or plane which delivers supplies is contracted to remove recyclables and that this can be made profitable.
