There is no true generalization about the sources of supply for American Paper Producers: from tissue products to high grade papers, this depends upon who has chosen the equivalent of a fixed or a variable mortgage by either investing in capital recycling plants and vertically integrating(which is more uncommon domestically), or buying from dependable brokers, whose sources are myriad. Try the American Forest and Paper Assn. to get the complexity of the issue and a basis for creating an answer to you question, which this response cannot pretend to be.
