Dear Wim Slippens,

Basically, I very much doubt that you will have any success in exporting batteries due to hazardous waste rules and insurance liability issues. Bebat in Belgium is about the only theater operation that would have excess capacity to take exports f;oir recycling and I'm pretty certain they won't take them. It is then left to one to develop an indigenous recycling industry, which would be better in the long run, anyway.
