Dear Ms/Mr Jensen,
Rich Coast, Inc and ZPM, Inc., Santa Barbara, CA had an agreement to recycle wastes including cooking oil as of 2 years ago.
(Rich Coast contact: 800-435-4033).
Thermo Tech of Vancouver (and elsewhere), Canada, also does this as of 1997.
Also look into a firm called Venturi Aeration of Lowell, MA which processes MacDonalds cooking grease.
