Routeware, Inc.
Routeware has been solely focused on automating solid waste hauling operations. Our goal is to replace paper-based scheduling, dispatching, and collection methods with easy-to-use electronic tools in the office and in the truck. Commercial front loaders and roll-off trucks have daily pick-up schedules, usually generated from backoffice software like a route management package. During the day, these schedules often change. Stops are regularly added, deleted, or modified. Additionally, residential side and rear loaders need to communicate detailed stop information to the office, including pick-ups, breaks, and trips to the fuel and dump station. Managing this dynamic process generally involves paper, multiple dispatch sites, and expensive radio and cell phone communications.
